Our Domain
An exceptional domain at the heart of the Auxerre region.
Our vineyard is set in the two wine-regions of SAINT-BRIS and CHABLIS. It is set 180km south-east of Paris, in the northern part of Burgundy. The climate here is ideal for the production of grapes: the winters are tough and the summers hot. The wine region is now well-established and covers approximately 4,700 hectares. The Chablis designation covers twenty villages and has become famous for its white wines.
Our Chablis Premier Cru “Montmains” are grown in an old vineyard in Chablis. Our Chablis Premier Cru “Les Beauregards” in an old portion of the vineyard in Courgis. All of our Chablis is produced from grapes harvested in Courgis and Poilly-sur-Serein. And our Petit Chablis comes from vineyards in Beine. These are Chardonnay wines.
Our Saint-Bris, Bourgogne Blanc, and Bourgogne Côte d’Auxerre are grown and harvested in Saint-Bris-le-Vineux. They are made from a few varieties of grapes: Sauvignon (Saint-Bris), Pinot Noir (Côte d’Auxerre Rouge), Chardonnay (Bourgogne Blanc) and Aligoté (Bourgogne Aligoté).
